Service scope

CasaVolk provides Discord-native market workflows, charting, alerts, prediction-market views, automation, and related website features. Access may change over time as providers, limits, and platform capabilities evolve.

No financial advice

CasaVolk is a software and information service only. Nothing on the bot or website is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for verifying any market data before acting on it.

Accounts, passes, and payments

Some features require paid access, active passes, or server assignment. Abuse, chargeback fraud, or attempts to bypass limits may result in access being suspended or revoked. Custom access packages are handled manually when needed.

Acceptable use

You may not use CasaVolk to attack, overload, reverse engineer, scrape protected systems, evade rate limits, or interfere with the service for other users. We may restrict or suspend abusive usage to protect platform stability.

Third-party data and availability

CasaVolk depends on third-party market-data, payment, analytics, hosting, and email providers. Some features may be delayed, changed, or temporarily unavailable based on those dependencies. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
